Meetings
Native video meetings with consent, recording, transcript, and an AI summary that files action items in the AI Inbox.
Meetings
Skrum is the all-in-one AI project control plane — team chat, tasks and sprints, native video meetings, and inbound code activity in one workspace, with every AI action waiting for a human yes.
Meetings run on Skrum's own LiveKit stack (no third-party media service). Every meeting has a lobby, an in-call screen, and — when recording is on — a red-dot consent banner every participant must acknowledge.
- Schedule. From any project, Meetings → Schedule. Set title, time, invitees, and whether to record.
- Join. Click the meeting link. The lobby asks for camera and microphone; if recording is on, you must consent before joining.
- After the meeting. Skrum transcribes the recording, generates a summary and action items, then files each action item as an AI Inbox proposal for a human yes.
FAQ
- Where do recordings live? In the service's object storage, attached to the meeting record.
- Can I opt out of recording? Yes — leave the room. Meetings without recording never trigger the consent banner.
- Which plans get recording? Starter and above (see Plans, limits, and credits).
