Team

Skrum is the all-in-one AI project control plane — team chat, tasks and sprints, native video meetings, and inbound code activity in one workspace, with every AI action waiting for a human yes.

Team settings is where seats live. The number of seats you can fill follows your plan (see Plans, limits, and credits).

1. Invite. Team settings → Invite. Enter one or many email addresses. Skrum sends a single-use link that expires.
2. Roles. Every invitee lands with the default role. Change it after they join (see Roles and permissions).
3. Remove. Team settings → the row → Remove. The seat is freed immediately.

FAQ

• Can I re-invite the same email? Yes — the previous invite is invalidated automatically.
• What are guest seats? Members whose workspace role resolves to Guest — reduced access, still a seat.
• Do owners count as seats? Yes.
