Notification preferences

Skrum is the all-in-one AI project control plane — team chat, tasks and sprints, native video meetings, and inbound code activity in one workspace, with every AI action waiting for a human yes.

Notification preferences separate essential security email (always sent) from product email (opt-in) and in-app category filters.

1. Email categories. Billing and product-update email each toggle independently. Security email — password resets, verification, sign-in alerts — always sends.
2. In-app. Filter the notifications center by category (mentions, meetings, code, digest).
3. Quiet hours. Set by your working hours in Settings and security. Non-urgent notifications stay silent outside working hours.

• How do I stop mention emails? They come from the in-app notifications center; a mention is treated as urgent and always emails.
• Can I unsubscribe from a specific channel? Not per-channel — per-category only.
