Notification preferences

Manage optional email and push delivery while keeping every in-app notification available.

Skrum is the all-in-one AI project control plane — team chat, tasks and sprints, native video meetings, and inbound code activity in one workspace, with every AI action waiting for a human yes.

In-app notifications stay available to every verified workspace user. Delivery preferences control only the optional channels around that shared activity record.

In-app center. The bell shows the unread count. Open the full center to switch between Unread and All, mark activity as read, or jump directly to its source. Copy and dates use your selected language.
Advanced email categories. Team, chat, task, meeting, and product-update email can be toggled independently. Billing controls appear only to users with billing access; AI controls appear only when the user has an AI or insights permission.
Push and language. Browser push is a separate opt-in and is not controlled by an email switch. Changing language is saved to your profile and is used for later in-app, email, and push notifications.
Security email. Password resets, verification, and password-change confirmations always send and cannot be disabled.

FAQ

How do I stop mention emails? Open Advanced categories and turn off Chat mentions. The in-app notification remains available.
Can I unsubscribe from a specific channel? Not per-channel — per-category only.
