Troubleshooting
What to check first when a page, webhook, meeting, or AI action does not behave as expected.
Troubleshooting
Skrum is the all-in-one AI project control plane — team chat, tasks and sprints, native video meetings, and inbound code activity in one workspace, with every AI action waiting for a human yes.
Most issues fall into one of five buckets. Work through the checks in order.
- Signed out silently. Sessions expire after a period of inactivity or if you sign in from another device. Sign back in.
- Plan cap reached. The billing page shows every cap. Metered actions (AI, transcription, recording) refill monthly; standing caps (projects, storage, seats) require a plan change or credit pack.
- Webhook signature mismatch. In Code activity, the endpoint shows recent deliveries with the failure reason. Wrong secret is the most common cause — recreate the endpoint to rotate.
- Meeting join blocked. Consent is required before every recorded meeting starts. Everyone in the room must acknowledge the recording banner. See Meetings.
- AI key invalid. In Settings → AI, the provider status turns red if validate-on-save fails. Rotate the key.
Still stuck? Contact support from the app menu — the message carries your workspace id so we can look up your account.
